txAdmin Installation

txAdmin comes bundled with FiveM server artifacts. This guide covers installation on both Windows and Linux.

Prerequisites

• FiveM server artifacts downloaded
• License key configured
• Port 30120 TCP and UDP open for players. Keep the txAdmin port 40120 private: txAdmin listens on all interfaces (0.0.0.0) by default, so block 40120 in your firewall and reach it through an SSH tunnel or VPN. See txAdmin security.

Validation

After installation, verify:

1. Server console shows “txAdmin started”
2. Web interface accessible at http://localhost:40120 on the server itself, or through an SSH tunnel from your computer: ssh -L 40120:127.0.0.1:40120 user@your-server-ip, then open http://127.0.0.1:40120
3. Can log in with admin credentials
4. Port 40120 is not reachable from the public internet
