txAdmin Backups

txAdmin includes a built-in backup system to protect your server data.

Backup Configuration

Enable Backups

1. Navigate to Settings → Backups
2. Enable “Automatic Backups”
3. Configure schedule (daily, weekly, etc.)
4. Set retention period (number of backups to keep)

What Gets Backed Up

• Server configuration files
• Resource files
• Database dumps (if configured)
• Server logs

Manual Backups

Create a backup manually:

1. Go to Backups section
2. Click “Create Backup”
3. Wait for completion
4. Download backup file

Restore from Backup

1. Go to Backups section
2. Select backup to restore
3. Click “Restore”
4. Confirm restoration

Best Practices

• Schedule daily backups
• Keep at least 7 days of backups
• Test restore process regularly
• Store backups off-server
